Blackberry Cucumber Smash Cocktail

After a year hiatus on the cocktail posts (yay Baby A!) – I’m back and it tastes so good! This week, we’ve been obsessed with this blackberry cucumber smash recipe that Nick masterminded! It all started with a can of Blackberry Cucumber La Croix and a quarantine…

Of course, if you happen to have blackberry cucumber flavored La Croix, you’re in luck – but if you’re like most people, this recipe simply requires 5 ingredients. Enjoy!

Blackberry Cucumber Smash Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber (reserve a few slices for garnish)
  • 6 oz blackberries (reserve 46 blackberries for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 6 oz (or 1 part) vodka – (pick your fave, we use Titos or Absolut)
  • 12 oz (or 2 parts lemonade) – (we use the Kirkland Organic kind, but any will do)
  • 9 oz (or 1.5 parts) Blackberry Cucumber La Croix or any plain sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Muddle cucumbers and blackberries in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, vodka, and lemonade. Shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in cocktail glasses.
  4. Top with seltzer and garnish with a skewer of blackberries and a slice of cucumber
