Looking for your next hospitality job?

At Rosemary & Rye, we’re behind some of Charleston’s most thoughtful and well-executed events. What sets us apart isn’t just what we do, but how we do it.

What to expect working with us.

Our team works events across Charleston, from weddings and private gatherings to larger productions. You’ll work with different venues, clients, and vendors, and each event brings its own needs. The pace can be quick, and plans sometimes change, so we rely on clear communication and a team that helps one another. We hold high standards for the details and expect everyone to take responsibility for their role.

Event-based positions offer flexible scheduling, but most shifts are in the evenings or on weekends, and hours vary with the event calendar. Shifts can be long, and the work is hands-on and physically demanding. Depending on your role, you may spend much of the shift on your feet, carry equipment, and help with setup, service, and breakdown.

For people who enjoy hospitality, the work offers plenty of variety. You’re around the energy of events, helping people feel welcome and cared for, and working through challenges with your team. You also get to see how everyone’s contribution comes together from start to finish. As you gain experience, there are opportunities to learn, take initiative, and grow within your role. We’re continuing to improve as a company, too, and we value ideas and feedback from the people doing the work.

If this sounds like the kind of work you’d enjoy, take a look at the roles below to learn more about each position.
