Mango Kefir Lassi

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe yellow mangoes
  • 1/2 cup Wallaby Organic Plain Kefir
  • 1/4 water
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove the pulp from the mangoes and add to a blender.
  2. Add kefir, water, sugar, and saffron.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve over ice or serve cold.
