Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ripe yellow mangoes
- 1/2 cup Wallaby Organic Plain Kefir
- 1/4 water
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
- Remove the pulp from the mangoes and add to a blender.
- Add kefir, water, sugar, and saffron.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve over ice or serve cold.
