Ingredients

- 1 oz Domaine Canton or Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 small lime
- 1/2 cup ice
- 6 oz Champagne or Prosecco
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the lime with the ginger liqueur and vodka.
- Add Ice and shake.
- Pour into a champagne glass or flute.
- Top off the mixture with champagne.
- Garnish with a lime and some mint and serve.
