Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz Domaine Canton or Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 small lime
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 6 oz Champagne or Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the lime with the ginger liqueur and vodka.
  2. Add Ice and shake.
  3. Pour into a champagne glass or flute.
  4. Top off the mixture with champagne.
  5. Garnish with a lime and some mint and serve.
